Day 1, Upper Body, of wk 2.

A1 Alternating grips (hammer-regular) Incline DB press, decreasing incline each set - all sets 70lbs
A2 Chest Supported Single Arm Row, using farmers bar and chains - all sets with 30lbs per peg
B1 "California Press" with chains - all sets with 10lbs per side and drop set on last set
B2 Standing Single Arm Olympic DB Curl with chains

I did 3 sets of the B series, and the first one's are shown in video.

These chains are 22.5 lbs each.
