Russia does not think ceasefire in Ukraine is now possible

Russia at the moment does not believe that a ceasefire is a possibility in Ukraine, because Kiev does not use the humanitarian corridors, Russia’s first deputy ambassador to the UN Dmitry Polyansky told the media on Monday.
"There was a call for a ceasefire. We opened humanitarian corridors, which are not being used by Ukraine. We do not think that ceasefire is an option right now, because the only advantage it will give will be an opportunity for the Ukrainian forces to regroup. To stage more provocations like Bucha," he said. "I don’t see any reasons [for a ceasefire].
