New York man Jose Alba arrested for defending himself against a career criminal Austin Simon

An employee of the Bluemoon Convenient Store in Harlem named Jose Alba was attacked by a 37 year old career criminal named Austin Simon. The video of the incident shows Alba trying to get away from Simon before he defended himself against multiple blows.

The woke DA in Manhattan, Alvin Bragg, is facing a lot of criticism for the prosecution. On top of the prosecution of Mr. Alba, Go Fund Me removed a fundraiser for Mr. Alba as well.
