The Biden administration just announced another aid package to Ukraine.
It is not clear if this new package IS PART OF THE 40 BILLION RECENTLY APPROVED BY CONGRESS AND SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT ON MAY 21. Regardless, according to this source, it is not.
