What is it about this guy that the judges can't stop admiring

The goal of America's Got Talent is to be "as good as you can be", and there is no limit to the amount of action, dance, juggling, stand-up, magic, ventriloquism and more. Of course, there are legitimate singers, but in talent shows, passion is more important than steady performance.
