As usual Tuppy shoos the young gelding Banjo away from me. We manage a quick pat. It's a behaviour I'm deciding whether or not to stop.
Tuppy then spooks at a cyclist. She is much better than she used to be with sudden noises, but it's this desensitisation that needs to be addressed thoroughly before we begin riding her in earnest. I also need her to know she is safe with me and to listen to me. She is doing very well.
