As South Africa continues to experience rolling black outs we consider the news that Eskom has secured a wage increase for its works, which should see them all return to work. At the same time, the government is coming under increased pressure to provide a credible alternative to Eskom's debt burden. How do we square this round hole? Is it even possible?
