Technology and social media are a huge contributor to the increase in mental health disorders, particularly after lockdowns and virtual learning. We breakdown and examine the impact of mobile devices and social media on mental health issue and more importantly how nature and the outdoors are a natural cure for many of those issues through the use of Attention Restoration Theory.
