Day 38 of the 98 Days of Summer

This morning I attended my church's weekly early morning (6:30 am) men's prayer meeting.

What really got me was when individual men were asked to pray about certain situations.

We prayed for our country.🙏🏽
We prayed for our government officials.🙏🏽
We prayed for Israel. 🙏🏽
We prayed for our church leaders. 🙏🏽

I was asked to pray for prosperity for those in attendance. 🔥

This topic is near to my heart,
and before you get all negative on me with "Money is the root of all evil."
please remember the bible actually says the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. (1 Timothy 6:10)

As I was praying for the men in attendance, I found myself praying and exhorting the following

and hope sharing it with you causes you to think today.

I prayed for the men to understand their calling and walk in it within their career and vocation and to adjust or tweak their current career, employment, and vocational roles to be calling-driven as that is where prosperity lies for the,

I prayed for the men to understand how their vision is focused outside themselves and toward the world while being driven by their calling.

Finally, I prayed for the men to embrace a personal mission thatt at its foundation is their calling with a road paved from their vision to achieve their mission.

My moment to pray publically has really struck me today about understanding calling, vision, and mission.

Calling - What God wants you to do with your life and how He has enabled you to do it.

Vision - How you will use your calling to help the world, defined as those outside your immediate family, but not leaving out your immediate family.

Mission - Producing a defined outcome by the actions of your vision built on the foundation of your calling.

That was how I started my day and has stuck with me throughout the day.
