When Paul says in Philippians 3:14 that he is "pursuing the prize of God's calling above," he can't be talking about eonian salvation because eonian salvation is not a prize; it is a gracious gift. What exactly is Paul pursuing? The same thing that we are able to pursue today—if we are disposed to it.
