Plant medicines (especially heart opening medicines) have been essential for my healing experiences, and also for shining a light onto my shadow. It was through the use of plant medicines that I overcame my ego's fear of death, felt the acceptance of source energy and truly began my conscious awakening in earnest.

In 2020, the uncertainty I felt left me feeling ungrounded, isolated and alone. Plant medicine was a catalyst for connecting me to the natural world, and in this abundance I felt embraced, held and safe. I also had some dark nights of the soul where I recognised that I had surrendered my God nature to my human nature and allowed it to run the show! Hey! WTF DUDE! Give me back the wheel! HAHA!
