Stretches for Your Back
Trunk Rotation
While lying on your back, keep your feet flat on the mattress or the floor and bend both knees.
To feel a stretch in your torso, softly rock your knees from side to side.
As your legs rotate, keep your shoulders flat and do not push them up.
Hold each stretch for three to five seconds. Do this stretch ten to fifteen times.
