Illinois shooting was planned for weeks

We're learning more about the suspected gunman who opened fire on an independence day parade in Illinois on Monday. Seven people were killed and dozens more were injured in Highland Park. Police haven't revealed a motive but they say suspect Robert Crimo had planned the shooting for weeks.
