Stress can be hard to work around. Sometimes it's feels challenging to overcome that stress. In this video, I talk about numerous ways to lower your stress. I aim to explain, natural healthy things I do to be less stressed. These are daily activities or practices that I follow.

Everyone gets stressed, it is completely normal. When I got more busy with things I love to do. For example, filming content helps with my stress. Even though it is stressful. I enjoy making health and wellness videos. Find what you love to do. Write a list of things you like to do that will benefit you. Then match it to what you're doing right now. Then you will find what works for your daily lifestyle.
