When comparing the Dewalt chargers you’ll want to look at the output amps to see the speed in which your batteries are being charged.

The batteries that come with their electric lawnmower charge at 1.25 Amps

The normal charger charges at 4 amps

The fast charger at 8 amps

Always put your name on your tools and My recommendation would be to never buy chargers separately. Keep an eye out for good deals and bundle options.
