4th Of July Fireworks Cause Traffic Jam, Woman Almost Runs Over Family

@VideoMattPresents goes to the Pacific Palisades to watch a free fire works show from outside the venue when things took a turn for almost the worst. Most people who wanted to drive through the road went another way cause they didn't want to interrupt the people in the street watching the fireworks show. However a elderly woman who may have been in a rush or it really doesn't matter cause she had the right of way people chose to still block the road.
