Florida Law: Officially Prohibits Injecting Sexuality and Gender Ideology into Elementary Education

"In Florida, we will protect our kids and support our parents."
• Prohibits teaching about sexuality or transgender issues in K-3 classrooms, and after third grade, those curriculums must be age-appropriate.
• At the start of each school year, parents will be notified about health care services available at the school and will have the option to decline any service offered.
• When a health questionnaire goes to our young students, parents are notified first and given the option of allowing or declining the school to present it to their child.
