Zuppa Toscana Soup Knock Off 7-1-22

Here is a Zuppa Toscana Soup recipe to do in the Instant Pot. It tastes just like the Olive Garden version but I added some Mushrooms and Bacon because I can :) Only added about 1/2 the Kale but it is just enough to give it the right flavor.
