Welcome to this Daily Bible Study with me as we walk through John 4:43-54. Daily Bible reading is essential to Christian maturity so let’s look at our daily Bible verse as we do this deep dive Bible study.
What is the passage saying?
-What does this mean for me?
1.) v.43-44 A prophet has no honor in their hometown
-I should realize some of those closest to me may not be willing to accept good changes in my life.
-I should accept that serving God is often not be popular
2.) v.45-48 They just wanted to see more signs
-I should not always seek more answers or knowledge... but seek to believe in what I already know before looking for more
3.) v. 49-50 Jesus has compassion on this official and the official believed
-I should both be focused on ministry but also my personal walk
-I should believe without first seeing
4.) v.51-54 The man believed Jesus' word then believed in Jesus
-I should not be afraid to ask God but also be prepared to believe when He responds

From what perspective is this Bible study?
-Steve Poplar’s Bible Study seeks to walk thru the Bible alone in these Bible study lessons in the doctrine of being saved by grace through faith.
