Review of the Derek Chauvin trial and how we know there was a more reasonable explanation for the death of George Floyd than a knee on his neck, which means that the jurors can have found him guilty only by violating the requirement that his guilt be established "beyond a reasonable doubt". The award of $27m to the family during jury selection, the President's prayer for "the right verdict" and Maxine Water's incitement, to which the jury was exposed by the failure of the Judge to sequester, mean that (almost certainly) the conviction will be overturned upon appeal--which will allow the Democrats to continue their (absurd) campaign to "defund the police".
