Vladimir Putin has identified five specific targets to be hit with Russia's new Zircon missile if nuclear war breaks out between the two superpowers, where US interference in matters with regard to Crimea and Ukraine make that an all-too-likely scenario. The New York Times breaks the story that the Capitol Police were told to "stand down" and allow the intrusion to occur, where the answer to "Who ordered it?" is easily answered: The Capitol Police are under the Control of the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi.
