A valid question anyone who grows plants inside may ask is can I leave my grow lights on all the time? Or how long do I leave the grow lights on for? The answer to how long you should leave grow lights on for is in the science.

In this video we explore what happens to plants in the absence of light. In order to properly understand why & when to shut the grow lights off we need to understand what the plant does metabolically in the evenings.
