Day 4 - Trump Impeachment Trial / Feb 5, 2021

The Trump Team was brilliant in dismembering the Prosecution: not only was there no "incitement" (which requires specificity and intent to bring about imminent lawless action) but there was no "Insurrection" (which is an attempt to overthrow the government of a state or a nation) but the Democrats had selectively edited video footage to fabricate evidence against Trump and had (on multiple occasions) used far more inflammatory language to endorse, support and condone riots, looting and arson across the country for months led by Antifa and BLM. Even Alan Dershowitz graded their performance here as "A+", with which I fully concur. Their presentations will be studied in law schools and (objective) histories as exemplary in defeating a blatantly unconstitutional attempt to tarnish a former President of the United State.
