Grand Coulee Dam‘s Third Power Plant is undergoing a comprehensive upgrade to ensure continued clean, renewable, low-cost hydropower for the future. Recently, Grand Coulee crews and contractors completely overhauled two of the Third Power Plant's six generating units; specifically, units 23 and 24. Grand Coulee is one of our Nation’s greatest assets and is considered to be the region’s crown jewel.
