We interviewed Joel Salatin, the self-titled “Lunatic Farmer.” He’s the Christian, libertarian, environmentalist, and capitalist owner of Polyface Farm in Swoope, Virginia. Salatin talks about how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted his farm and what he thinks the future holds for America.
