SCOTUS bitch slaps the EPA. Could the ATF be next?

The Supreme Court gave the EPA a complete slap down this past week setting a precedent that three letter agencies cannot create rules beyond the purview of the enacting legislation. This will affect every three letter regulatory agency in America, including the ATF, who have a habit of creating arbitrary rules on the fly and making things illegal that were formally legal.
