Cheesy bread. Pao de queijo with sourdough starter

This week's video is going to take us on a journey in Brasil. Making the wonderful Pao de queijo or also called cheese bread.
This bread is originally made with tapioca flour and water and lots fo cheese.
In this recipe that I learnt from Lucas a colleague but also a YouTuber and creator with his wife Dany of the YouTube channel "o casal na gringa".

So the recipe that he shared with me was very simple and only required a few minutes to be made.
Ingredients:
500 gr Tapioca flour ( gluten-free)
180 gr of water it might require a bit more but I suggest to start with just that amount.
250 gr Philadelphia
salt and pepper to taste.
The procedure is very simple, mix all ingredients together and if you also want some fermentation you can add 150 gr of starter.
Once the dough is formed you can portion it into small balls or rolls.
Bake it at 180 degrees celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
Consume them when they are still warm to enjoy the softness and moisture of the cheese.
if you find them going a bit harder to chew, you can definitely warm it up again.

Portanto, a receita que ele compartilhou comigo era muito simples e exigia apenas alguns minutos.
Ingredientes:
500 gr de farinha de tapioca (sem glúten)
180 gr de água pode exigir um pouco mais, mas sugiro começar com essa quantidade.
250 gr Filadélfia
Sal e pimenta a gosto.
O procedimento é muito simples, misture todos os ingredientes e, se você também quiser um pouco de fermentação, poderá adicionar 150 gr de fermento.
Depois que a massa estiver formada, você poderá dividi-la em pequenas bolas ou rolos.
Asse em forno a 180 graus Celsius por cerca de 25 a 30 minutos.
Consuma-os quando ainda estiverem quentes para aproveitar a maciez e a umidade do queijo.
se você os achar um pouco mais difÃceis de mastigar, você pode definitivamente esquentá-lo novamente.
