Can Americans Survive Without $600 in Unemployment Every Week?

The $600 per week unemployment checks provided by the CARES act are set to expire at the end of July and Republicans seem to be indicating that any extension of these benefits will be less than the $600 in free money Americans have become accustomed to. This will greatly increase the perceived impact of America's recent job losses and will lead to more civil and economic unrest before Congress ultimately reneges and raises unemployment benefits yet again.
