The Dream Orb - Lucid Dreaming Brainwave Music with Binaural Beats -

This track is doing something new, with vocal triggers to help you realize your dream. So this video is built up on top a number of parts to help you reach a level where you are lucid inside your dream. The first is the music, a soft piano sound with the intent of relaxing you and helping you sleep. A few minutes in the second is the first binaural beat frequency of 7hz will play along side the music, this will continue for 4 hours. After that the 7hz will change to 12hz for the remainder of the track. A base tone of 432hz will play throughout the entire track. At the 6 hour mark, a phone alarm sound will trigger for 2 seconds, this is to give your mind a small trigger to wake, it is not meant to actually wake you up at all, but help you reach a more alert state while asleep. Around that mark there will be a few vocal triggers that play very briefly saying such things as "is this dream", "reality check", "how did i get here", and "is this real" - if you are already within a dream, these statements can help trigger a lucid state.
