In 2003, Lori Saitz (pronounced Sites) launched Zen Rabbit Baking Company and introduced the world to The Gratitude Cookie. Eventually, she became a nationally recognized expert in using gratitude to boost client retention and increase referral business.

She then took what she learned about networking effectively as a “quiet person,” when running that business and started teaching other professionals how to build a strong network of connections.

COVID-19 caused a revaluation of her business and she saw an opportunity to return to gratitude. She’ll be hosting her next free, 5-day Gratitude Experience starting July 27th.
