Sewing Simplicity 9098 Cynthia Rowley dress Part 3

Hello!
Welcome to Part 3 of this dress project. I'm using a sheer blue polyester fabric, and lining it with a bemburg rayon. For what looks like it should be a simple dress with no closures, the lining procedure is very tricky. It does have some fabulous full sleeves though!
I did find a new stay tape though and show you the etsy shop where I purchased it. This part focuses on installing the lining, the quilted belt, and finishes.
