Last week we posted a video about Russell Wilson carrying the Seattle Seahawks last season. One of the issues was defense...and the Seahawks made an effort to improve defensively with the trade of Jamal Adams.

Adams basically forced his way out of New York...he obviously no longer wanted to play for the Jets and made it known. So who is the winner of this trade between the Seahawks and Jets? We look at the trade's implications both short-term and long-term for each team...and determine who came out ahead.
