We are two twin brothers (22 years old) from the Big Apple
and start investing in RE deals at the age of 19 after dropping out
from school. Currently, we are doing 75-100 single family wholesale/wholetail and flips yearly and adding another 50-100 apartment units to our portfolio through bank financing, lines of credit and private capital.

PRIVATE CAPITAL FOR REAL ESTATE INVESTORS
Carolina Capital is a hard money lender serving the needs of the “Real Estate Investor” and the "Small Builder" borrower who is striving to build wealth and generate income for themselves and their families. We offer “hard money rehab loans” and "Ground up Construction Loans" for investors only in NC, SC, GA, VA and TN (some areas of FL, as well).

As part of our business practices, we also serve as consultants for investors guiding them to network with other investors and educating them in locating and structuring transactions. Rarely, if ever, will you find a hard money lender willing to invest in your success like Carolina Capital Management.

Carolina Capital promotes that all of their hard money loan transactions be made ethically and morally. Our goal is to put People and Principles in front of Profit. Carolina Capital understands that the best way to serve our customers as a hard money lender is to be able to walk in their shoes. We are also very proud members of the American Association of Private Lenders. As "real estate investors” ourselves, we feel this enables us to better understand the goals and needs of our customers.
