got tired while D in shower, no sleep, M gets me up just after D left, I try to help wash clothes (have to sneak around because it's "lecture" time - can't even call it that because that would be useful)

(things technically going a little better than usual but I still hate this - but I know even if I could get "elsewhere" I would just end up somewhere worse 🤢)
