Gratitude Anchoring - "Trigger" Gratitude Daily to Change Your Life!

On this episode of the Exceptional Life Podcast I discuss a gratitude exercise that I use daily. I call it "Gratitude Anchoring". This is an easy fun way to use trigger items in order to remind yourself to practice gratitude on a daily basis. Practicing daily will result in changes to the brain for the better. Something as simple as practicing gratitude can enhance and expand the way you feel and how you approach life.

Gratitude Anchoring
Step 1: Find a trigger item
Step 2: Visualize an experience that you are grateful for (past, present or future)
Step 3: Drum up the emotions of gratitude, joy, love, courage, and confidence, etc.
