Last week the U. S. Supreme court released its opinion in the West Virginia v. EPA case.

The Democrat media went ballistic.

They decried the opinion as being the end of the Biden administration’s climate plan.

But, the reality is simply that the EPA had transgressed and went way beyond its actual authority and the Supreme Court was telling the EPA and Congress that.

That in a nutshell is the opinion.

The end of the world is not a result of the opinion.
