Moe is the owner of a food-truck called "Byz. Empire" serving a menu inspired by Mediterranean eats that hark back to the Byzantine Empire with a touch of Latin American tradition. From coming to america and learning the industry of a bar to Food-truck Moe has had a passion in the culinary arts and wants to bring his passion from his childhood experiences of family cooking to the people of Philly, PA.
