KC-10 Extender Refueling A-10s

January 17, 2020 - Aircrew members assigned to the 908th Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron, deployed to Al Dhafra Air Base, United Arab Emirates, conduct aerial refueling missions supporting A-10 Thunderbolt IIs from a KC-10 Extender aircraft in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. The KC-10 Extender delivers U.S. Air Forces Central Command a global reach aerial refueling capability to support our joint and coalition aircraft, providing war-winning airpower throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
