Betaflight 4.3-RC3 Preview - Presets: ExpressLRS 250Hz, Filter and Karate Style Tune

Betaflight 4.3-RC3 with the following Presets:
- ExpressLRS 250Hz
- Clean build with RPM filtering
- Freestyle 5'' Karate Style Tune

Before applying any presets I have loaded all safe 'diff all' values from Betaflight 4.2.8. I also made small tweaks to the tune.

I'm very happy so far!
