F3F RC sailplane racing in Southern California. Basically doing 10 laps of a fixed course as fast as possible. A really fun hobby and very challenging. Of course more wind means you can go faster!

In this location conditions are variable as thermal activity plays a large part. You can have a great run and the next person to fly gets really bad air and has a super slow run.
