I found a video titled "Was Beirut explosion a missle attack or a dew weapon? black object approaching silos then explodes"
I may have found the proof in this video that a DEW (direct energy weapon) was actually used in this explosion.
At 00:06:28 in the video you can see the cloud pulse right before the explosion as though something was shot right through it from a little below the top left corner of screen and goes right through the bottom of the little white cloud on left side of screen.
