Ben Shapiro says that Trump was negligent, and had no intention or plan regarding January 6th. The Majority Report discuss that the argument Shapiro is making is basically the insanity defense, which can also be taken as an insult. The MR crew also talk about how it makes no sense that the ‘logic and facts’ guy said that Trump is incapable of long-term thinking or having a plan, but also said that he was a president capable of taking the country to great heights.

So Ben Shapiro on his show spoke about the January 6th hearings and there seems to be like a large realization that's setting in for Right-Wing pundits where they either have to discredit the testimony of the people on the January 6 commission-- that they've been going after that aide what's her name Hutchinson from yesterday, calling her an opportunist basically saying that uh it's just petty gossip: the ketchup uh on the walls boiling her testimony down to just that. But Ben Shapiro's taking a different route here here he is basically saying that Donald Trump could not have intent on January 6 because he's not capable of it mentally and that's why I supported him for four years.
