THE DAWN OF THE DEAD

In this video, we went over the dawn of the dead. The average person is devitalized and much of this has do with lifestyle considerations. When we eat too many commercial foods, do not exercise nor get to bed on time, we are depleting our energy sources. To gain vitality, we must eat clean organic foods whenever possible, exercise at least 3 times a week 30 minutes per session, and pay respect to our sleep. Sleep is one the best medicines and guess what.. ITS FREE.
