According to Dan Duggan of The Athletic, New York Giants rookie edge rusher Kayvon Thibodeaux had a “tweaked hip” during minicamp.

Thibodeaux was seen wearing a red jersey and working on the side during practice back in early June.

Duggan adds that the injury is considered “minor” and the expectation is that he will be ready for training camp.

A sigh of relief for the player they selected with the fifth overall pick in the NFL draft.
