The backstory of the Eye of the Void

It is not certain whether Wicz is the first void creature to appear in the Rune lands, but it is certain that no other void creature can match his cruelty and shrewdness. While his kind routinely devour or destroy everything around them, Wicz has been scrutinizing and studying the physical world and its strange warlike creatures, looking for vulnerabilities the void can exploit. But Wicketz was no passive observer. He would respond to any threat with his deadly plasma rays, even disturbing the infrastructure of the world itself.
