A carer turned camgirl now rakes in £40k a month after setting up her own agency at the age of 21 to empower other women.

After becoming successful in the adult industry, Latiesha Jones, 21, set up her own agency in August 2021 - providing support and helping other women to know how to pose, what to say and how to stay safe whilst being a camgirl.

Before her career change Latiesha had been working 75 hours a week as a carer making £1,200 a month - but she now makes her monthly salary in just one day and rakes in £40k per month from her agency, taking just a 10% cut from her employees and working whenever she chooses to.

Having grown her business from 15 camgirls, she now supports just under 100 women with their profiles and workload.

Latiesha was able to quit her job as a carer in November 2021 and has been running her agency full time ever since.

Latiesha, from Manchester, said: “I love the freedom of it.

“I’m never going back to a 9-5 job.

“I was just throwing the money around to start off with, but I realised that I could make camgirling my career.

“Now I work when I want to but I’m always there on my phone for the girls.

"I love giving them the advice and support they need to feel empowered as camgirls too.”

Latiesha picked up camgirling when she was 19, whilst also studying for her crimonlogy degree at University of Salford and working as a Tesco shop assistant.

After finding herself making an 'easy' £300-an-hour of camgirling she started to look at setting up her own agency - Latiesha’s live.

"It was so empowering, and I loved that I could make so much from just an hour or so of speaking to someone," Latiesha said.

"People just like to talk about their lives and it's a variety of people- from businessmen to family guys.

"Sometime they'll ask you to flash your boobs but you do what you're comfortable with."

In August 2021 she decided to give the agency a shot and set up Latiesha's live with 15 women on board.

She started a job as a carer in October 2021 and worked up to 15 hours a day but continued camgirling and her agency in her spare time.
