Shining Star Life Celebration

We've mixed in an extended play version of Earth, Wind and Fire's "Shining Star" to Rare Earth's "I Just Want to Celebrate" and just like that the Segue City Special is ready for the Fourth of July Holiday weekend which starts right here, right now. We've always heard that God watches after children, drunks and the United States... that premise is being sorely put to the test right now but somehow the nutcases haven't burned down the whole country, so we proceed...

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
