Welcome back YouTube fam! Here is a weekly vlog focusing on training for a marathon! Of course included all the food I ate this week as well.
I took days off of work to visit my fam in northern Ontario so I thought it would be a good time to get in lots of quality training. Most weeks I am NOT training that much, so this is a very heavy training week. Usually I am only running 3-4 days a week. Just squeezing it in when I have time.
