When you meditate daily you enhance your connection to the Universe and you raise your vibrations, which makes it easier to manifest what you desire.

- Getting into the habit of meditating daily is not easy.
However, by the end of this challenge will you not only have formed the habit of meditating daily:
You will know the best meditation style for you and be able to meditate for up to 30 minutes a day with not too much effort.
The key to success here is SELF-LOVE.
Don't be hard on yourself when thoughts pop up (and trust me, they WILL). Be loving towards yourself and keep going.
The hardest part will be the first week.
Your ego will come up with every excuse - I'm too tired, I'm too busy, I need to shower etc.
Don't listen to your ego.
Sit down every day and do the full meditation.
Trust me, it will be worth it.

What to wear: Anything comfortable
When to meditate: Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast, but any time works
Experience level: This challenge is for anyone who wants to explore which meditation style is best for them and get into the habit of meditating every day.
