Reed explains why he quit his job as a structural engineer in Australia and moved to the United States to pursue real estate investing. He talks about purchasing his first property for $38,000 just outside of New York City and how easy it was to begin investing in real estate in the US when compared to Australia.

Despite this, he realized he was still thinking too narrowly about investing and entrepreneurship. Then he met a friend that shared the benefits of real estate syndication, which led him to start RSN Property Group, which has gone on to acquire over $60 MILLION worth of real estate to date. Reed talks about the importance of getting out of your own way and ensuring you invest your time into doing the work that helps you move the needle.
